Apartment and Common Area Cleaning

• Cleaning staff equipped with masks and gloves
• Apartment ventilation for a minimum of 2 hours
• Deep cleaning of apartments using authorized disinfectant solutions, with special attention to high-touch surfaces including door handles, countertops, furniture, drawer pulls, light switches, kitchen utensils, remote controls, climate control systems, intercoms, appliances, and keys
• Increased cleaning frequency in common areas and elevators, with special focus on buttons, handles, keypads, and railings
• Authorized external company with COVID-19 safety protocol compliance

Laundry Services

• Transport and handling staff equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment
• Separate laundry access from guest areas
• Clean linens delivered packaged and isolated
• Complete separation between soiled and clean laundry circuits
• Washing process using appropriate programs and authorized disinfectant solutions
• Washing, ironing, packaging, and transport handled through automated processes
• Authorized external company with COVID-19 safety protocol compliance
